Konrad Wiater

A member of the District Bar Council in Kielce, Registered Foreign Lawyer – SRA number 624500.

Registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority in England and Wales. Konrad graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University in Krakow. He graduated from the European Academy of Diplomacy in Warsaw, obtained the specialisation in foreign services.

Konrad graduated from the Edinburgh College (previously Stevenson College Edinburgh) obtaining the Higher National Certificate in Legal Services. He has a wide experience working with clients from all over the world, especially with Polish people who live and work abroad. He worked as a volunteer at the Ethnic Minorities Law Centre in Edinburgh and as Registered European Lawyer in London before United Kingdom left European Union. Currently Registered Foreign Lawyer. Konrad specialises in criminal, civil, family and private international law. He has a broad knowledge and experience in Scottish law. He speaks fluent English.

He works with English-speaking lawyers from England, Scotland and Ireland (Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland).

He also cooperates with Notary’s Offices and Bailiff’s Offices in Kielce, Tarnów, Busko-Zdrój, Brzozów and Rzeszów.

Wojciech Szewczyk

A member of the District Bar Council in Kielce. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Maria Curie-Sklodowska in Lublin and Faculty of Law at the Leibniz University of Hannover in Germany.

He has gained law experience by working for Barbara Szewczyk Law Firm in Kielce and working abroad. Together with other lawyers, he runs a law firm providing legal services for companies, medical centers and the self employed.

He specialises in criminal, family and employment law. He speaks fluent English and Russian. He works with German-speaking lawyers. He works with well known law firm in Vienna and Hannover helping the Poles living in Austria And Germany.
